(1) A company wishing to renew a license shall submit an application to the department at least 30 days before the expiry of the license period, attaching proof of tax payment and an application fee of one hundred rupees.

(2) If an application is received according to sub-rule (1), the department will examine the application and if it finds it necessary to renew the license, it will renew the license by charging a renewal fee of ten thousand rupees.

(3) Notwithstanding anything written in sub-rule (1), the concerned company If the applicant submits an application for renewal within three months from the date of expiry of the license by showing reasonable cause for not being able to renew it within the period mentioned in the sub-rule, and attaching the documents mentioned in sub-rule (1) and the application fee, the department will investigate the application and if it is found reasonable to renew the license, the fee mentioned in sub-rule (2) The license will be renewed after receiving the dues.

(4) The license renewed in accordance with this rule will be valid for five years.

(5) The company that does not renew the license even within the period mentioned in sub-rule (3) The license will be automatically revoked.
